Shipping Policy

AM Sweet Eats is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact shipping/delivery times.


All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Incorrect Information Disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the customer(s) to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address, and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Free shipping is available on all order over $50.

In-store pickup:

Local pickup is available on all items. After placing your order for in-store pickup, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are during normal business hours. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping:

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges:

Please see our Refund Policy or information on refunds and returns. 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
